I've heard about Ghost for a long time, and I've always been interested in trying it out.

This will be my first time paying for a hosting service rather than going through the grueling act of creating my own server and grumbling to myself for not learning the nuances of Server Managementand Web Hosting Management (Apache and Nginx).

What I like about Ghost is that it has native support for Markdown and a slew of other features designed for blogging and writing.
