Hot Pot Weight

I had hot pot on Sunday and my weight drastically increased. No doubt it was because my gorged myself on meat and also the high salt content. It took 6 days for me to bring back down my weight to my current record which is 171.8 lb. My goal for the end of the year is $165 lb.

I've developed a pretty good system of losing weight. I cook steak on one of the days, and the next day I use the drippings to cook my shirtake noodles in. The soy sauce and the other flavorings that I use that are in the drippings flavor they sure talking noodles. Calorie wise, it seems to be around the same thing as doing one meal every two days. The biggest problem though is that I do feel quite a bit lightheaded the morning after I eat the share talking noodles because of the low calorie count. When issue which is not really an issue with our school is that we have hot lunch Friday because it's easier for parents to cook for the students on Fridays That's not bad person, but traditionally fasting is done every Wednesday and Fridays liturgically. So it's one of the anti-liturgical things that are school does.

Of course that doesn't necessarily prevent me from abstaining from the hot lunch. But the hot lunch is really good. Also, part of what it means to be in a community is to eat with people. And so if I abstain from eating when all the parents and students are eating together, It hurts me because is more difficult for me to network with fellow parents students and teachers.
